Awake, But Not Fully Here

I had another one if those realistic lucid dreams last night. It was equally as bizarre as the others. This time I was standing at a street corner downtown, watching people pour out of the clubs as they were closing. I caught the scent of Gardenias and turned to see a girl pass behind me with two guys on either side of her. Something felt weird about them so I followed at a distance. They walked along the riverfront until they got to a car parked at under the bridge. The girl took keys out of her purse and one of the guys grabbed them from her. The other guy pushed her against the car and covered her mouth. The guy with the keys quickly unlocked the car and they forced her in the back seat. By then I was already rushing toward them. As soon as I got to the car I grabbed the guy with the keys by his arm. He jumped as I grabbed him and when he looked at me his eyes got huge and he began screaming… and then I woke up. It was 3:32am. I couldn’t get back to sleep.

Today has been a long Monday. Hopefully tonight will be a dreamless calm.

Crazy, man. You are essentially Batman, and this is awesome.

  2. Wow, Charles. Maybe you’ll get to be a superhero and save someone from danger in real life! Who knows?! That would make a cool story idea, a guy who is warned in his dreams to help people. I guess they sort of did that in the Dead Zone though. It’s still cool.

My first thought was that they were her bodyguards, maybe even angels.
Someone she thought she could trust. But upon being “alone” their true identity emerged and they assaulted her. Two people she thought she could trust, were not as they seemed.
The feeling I got about your place in the dream was this:You represented fear. In the presence of evil, all that is with you, all whom you represent literally scared the hell out of them…Justin, where you walk, He walks.
And the fear of God is with you. One look at your face brought all of Heaven and His presence was represented. You represented the part in the Bible where it talks about we will do all that Jesus did and more…he might as well have been looking at the face of God when he looked at you! I think this dream has a lot to do with your calling and knowing who you are and the authority that you carry with you. I keep getting the word ambassador. Yes we are all supposed to represent Him in our walk but you actually do Justin. You have a sweet and tender spirit but you also carry a holy and Godly truth and authority of God which can be absolutely terrifying to someone like that man in your dream. Nothing was hidden in him, he was completely exposed.
When moses saw the face of God he was physically changed. I believe that man in your dream, his life is never going to be the same.

These are just my thoughts on what your dream means…take it or leave what means to you and what doesn’t. Love ya!
